摘要 对船用主柴油机进行了润滑油监测技术的研究与应用,在研究中制定了监测方案,选择了监测仪器,确定了取样窗口、取样间隔、取样工况、取样方法、特征元素及数据分析方法。在实施中,实船建立实验室,运用先进监测设备连续跟踪监测主要摩擦副的磨损状态,建立磨损趋势图,掌握磨损趋势及规律,探索了柴油机监测管理的新模式。 The research and appliance of lubricant analysis technology on main diesel engine of the ship are carried out, the research includes the plan of monitoring program, the choice of monitoring instrument, the confirm of sampling point, interval, working state, sampling methods, specific element and analysis by data, according to the monitoring of used lubricant, we continuously monitor the wear condition of the main friction pairs of the engine, and the wear trend and the wear rule of the engine are got, and a new mode of the monitoring management we also ascertain for ship diesel engine.
