摘要
为避免一般汽车实际碰撞的不稳健现象,通过建立稳健优化设计的数学模型,运用Matlab优化工具箱对汽车碰撞吸能装置(CST)螺旋传动问题进行稳健优化设计求解,并给出了相应的算法程序,避免了常规求解过程中繁杂的工程算法语言编程。研究表明,该稳健优化设计方法省时高效、方便可行,结果稳健可靠,产品性能得到了提高。
In order to avoid unsteadiness of the common automobile actual collision, the Matlab optimization toolbox is used to solve robust optimization problems of screw driver by establishing mathematical model of robust optimization, and the eorresponding algorithm program is given, meanwhile, the conventional eomplieated process of solving engineering algorithm programming is avoided. The results show that robust optimization design is of high effieieney and convenience, and design results are accurate and reliable, product performance is improved.
