摘要
为提高玉米果穗加工性能及烘干设备的利用率,减少能源浪费,设计了一套采用分段烘干工艺的多用烘干系统。根据玉米种子水分的不同,采用不同的热风循环方式,使同批次的干、湿仓果穗的含水量基本一致。对烘干机理进行了分析研究,进行了烘干系统主要部件的设计。试验表明,分段烘干工艺比一次烘干工艺降低能耗及生产成本20%~30%,平均降水率可提高4.2%。同时减少种子破碎率1%~1.5%,提高了干燥种子的均匀度及耐储性。
In order to improve the processing properties of corn ear and the utilization of drying equipment and reduce energy waste, a set of multi-purpese drying systems which using the piecewise drying process are designed. According to the different seed water, using different hot air circulation methods, the moisture content of the same batch of dry and wet storage ear can be consistent. Through the analysis of drying mechanism, the main components of the drying system are designed. Results show that this technology can reduce energy consumption and production cost by 20% - 30%, and the average precipitation rate can increase 4.2%. At the same time,seed damage is reduced by 1% - 1.5%, which can improve the uniformity and storage property of seed drying.
