In this paper, the characteristics of traditional machining fixture design and conception of virtual technology are introduced in brief. By the application and implement of virtual technology on machining fixture-aided design, a view to bring some references and further improve the flexibility and precision, productivity and economic benefit is made for maching fixture design.
