Failure mode analysis in machine design is the most commonly used method. After analyzing machine tool design MIS （Management Information System） failure mode, the computer-based database design and system architecture design are put forward, fault-tolerant design methods are discussed, and security measures are described, the role and status that the MIS design safety analysis tools on machine tool design are provided.
