摘要
重点围绕非接触式电涡流传感器构成和工作原理进行介绍,通过对其在设备轴系状态监测应用中常见故障现象的分析,得到故障出现的原因和地点,从而有效排除故障,降低设备和生产危险。
The comporition and working principle of non-contact eddy current sensors are mainly introduced, through analyzing the fault phenomena which occurred by its application in monitoring the axis condition, the fault cause and place are got, thus it can solve the fault effectively and reduce equipment and production dangerous.
