摘要
重点介绍桥门式起重机智能控制管理及GPRS监控系统的原理及硬件设计,通过对大、小车运行幅度、起升高度、起升重量、起升机构正反接触器与制动接触器的联锁保护的监测、主起升电机的运行速度检测,得到系统具有设置检查项功能、日志记忆功能和基于GPRS远程数据传输功能,这对桥门式起重机的安全运行意义深远。
Focusing on the principles and hardware design of the gantry crane＇s intelligent control and GPRS monitoring system,through the detecting of lifting trolley speed and bridges running speed, lifting height, lifting load, forward and reverse contactor, chain protection for brake contactor and speed detection for main lifting motor, the system that has the functions of check items set,the log memory and remote data transmission is proved based on GPRS, which is the safe for gantry crane operation far-reaching.
