安徽繁昌经济开发区土地集约利用评价研究

Evaluation Research of Intensive Land Use in Fanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone,Anhui Province

为了实现安徽繁昌经济开发区社会、经济和生态的同步发展,采用特尔斐法等建立评价指标体系计算土地集约利用度分值,研究得出繁昌经济开发区处于中等土地集约利用水平,最后提出了一些相关对策建议,以期提高该区土地集约利用水平。

By adopting Delphi Approach, this paper establishes an evaluation index system for calculating the score of intensive land use degree in Fanchang economic development zone to realize social, economic and ecological development synchronously. The research suggests that Fanchang economic development zone is at a modest level of intensive land use. The paper finally puts forward relevant countermeasures for the improvement of intensive land use level in the zone.
