摘要
为规避地方集体经济组织的道德风险,通过选取3种农地流转模式,从信息经济学角度运用博弈方法对集体经济组织的败德行为表现进行分析,运用博弈论的分析方法,构建农户与集体经济组织的博弈模型,通过模型分析从委托代理机制完善、流转程序、道德意识、奖惩机制4个方面提出了约束集体经济组织败德行为的具体措施。
Choosing three modes of agricultural land transfer, this paper analyzes the moral risks in local collective economic organizations by means of game from the perspective of informative economics and, based on asymmetric information, constructs the gambling model between the farmers and collective economic organizations, proposing measures for restricting moral risks in collective economic organizations in terms of entrusted surrogate mechanism, procedure of transfer, moral consciousness and mechanism of rewards and punishment.
