摘要
LNG储罐保冷施工具有工作量大、难度大、交叉作业多、作业风险高的特点,文章介绍了16.5万m3 LNG储罐保冷施工技术,对储罐各部位的保冷结构施工过程进行了较为细致的阐述,主要包括罐底保冷、高度5 m以下外罐衬板与热转角保护板之间夹层的保冷、外罐与内罐之间环形空间的保冷、铝吊顶的保冷以及储罐接管的保冷等五部分。
Cold insulation construction of LNG storage tanks has the features of large workload,big difficulty,lots of cross operations and high risk.In this paper the cold insulation construction of 16.5 × 104 m3 LNG storage tanks is introduced and the emphasis is put on the cold insulation construction processes of five parts of a tank,including tank bottom,interlayer between external lining plates and TCP annular plate,annulus between internal and external tanks,suspended aluminum ceiling and connective pipes onto tank.
