银杏叶复方制剂对实验性脾虚证模型小鼠内脏器官发育及其抗氧化酶活性的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用利血平复制脾虚证小鼠模型,观察银杏叶复方制剂对实验性脾虚证模型小鼠内脏器官发育及其抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明,①银杏叶复方组小鼠胃、肾的指数较脾虚模型组有所提高但差异不显著(P>0.05);银杏叶复方组小鼠小肠、脾的指数显著高于脾虚模型组(P<0.05),与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);脾虚模型组小鼠的肝、肺指数显著高于银杏叶复方组(P<0.05),银杏叶复方组小鼠的肝、肺指数与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),提示银杏叶复方有促进脾虚小鼠脾胃发育和促进肝脏的解毒作用,对脾虚模型小鼠的肾、肺功能亦有改善作用。②银杏叶复方组小鼠脾脏、肾脏中MDA含量较脾虚模型组显著降低(P<0.05),而肝脏组织中SOD和GSH-Px含量较脾虚模型组显著提高(P<0.05),同时脾脏、肾脏和肝脏中T-AOC含量较脾虚模型组显著提高(P<0.05)。提示银杏叶复方对脾虚小鼠的脾脏、肾脏和肝脏的功能有良好的保护作用。 Spleen deficiency mouse induced by reserpine were used to investigate the effect of ginkgo compound on the development of visceral organs and their antioxidase activity.The experimental mouse were divided into three groups including ginkgo compound group(GC),spleen deficiency group(SD) and control group(Control).The results suggested that ginkgo biloba compound could promote the development of spleen and stomach and accelerate the detoxication of liver,and also improve the function of kidney and lung of spleen deficiency mouse.The indexes including stomach,kidney,small intestine and spleen in GC appeared higher than those in SD while the indexes of small intestine and spleen were significantly higher,but the indexes of liver and lung in GC were significantly lower than in SD,whereas no significant difference among all indexes was found between GC and the control group.Compared with SD group,it was found that the MDA content in the spleen and kidney of GC group was significantly lower,while the SOD and GSH-Px content in liver and the T-AOC content in spleen,kidney and liver were significantly higher.
