摘要
采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定了白茅根初级形态中Ca、Cr、Fe、Mg、Mn、Zn的含量。结果表明,白茅根中Ca含量最高,其次为Cr、Fe、Mg、Zn、Mn;Ca、Mg的溶出率最高,分别为58.28%和55.13%。为进一步探讨微量元素与中药药效之间的关系提供参考。
Contents of Ca? Cr? Fe? Mg? Mn? Zn in primary speciation of Rhizoma imperatae was analyzed by flame atomic adsorption spectrometry(FAAS).The results showed that the highest content of trace elements in Rhizoma imperatae was Ca followed by Cr,Fe,Mg,Zn,and Mn.The extraction rates of trace elements of Ca and Mg were 58.28% and 55.13% respectively.Reference information for further study of the relationship between the trace element and the medicine efficacy of herb in Rhizoma imperatae was provided.
