摘要
根据单增李斯特菌(Listeria monocytogenes)的hly、prfA和iap基因设计了3对常规引物和DPO(Dual priming oligonucleotide)引物,采用多重PCR的方法,建立了单增李斯特菌的快速检测体系,并比较了常规引物和DPO引物的优劣,结果表明DPO引物的特异性强,能够快速准确地检测单增李斯特菌。
Dual priming oligonucleotide(DPO) primers of three genes,hly,prfA and iap,of Listeria monocytogenes were applied for the detection of L.monocytogenes by multiplex polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and compared with 3 pairs of regular primers.The results showed that DPO primers had high specificity compared with conventional PCR primers,could detect L.monocytogenes accurately and quickly.
