长江口地区江海运河建设构想

Construction conceive of river-sea canal in estuarine area of Yangtze River

随着长江经济带、长江三角洲一体化的快速发展以及江苏省沿江开发与沿海发展战略的实施,利用南通市濒江临海、淡水资源丰富的优势,建设沟通长江和黄海洋口港的江海运河,对于江苏省乃至长江流域的经济社会发展有其重要意义。从完善我国综合交通运输体系、推动上海国际航运中心建设、带动苏中及苏北地区发展、实现江海联动、促进长江流域经济社会可持续发展等方面,分析了建设江海运河的意义,探讨了工程建设的可行性,并提出了设想方案。

Along with the quick integrated development of Changjiang economic belt and Yangtze River Estuary,as well as the implementation of development strategy of the areas along the river and coast in Jiangsu Province,the construction of river-sea canal connecting Yangtze River and Yangkou Port of Yellow Sea by utilizing the advantages of Nantong City in geography and fresh water resources has important significance to socio-economic development of Jiangsu Province and Yangtze River Basin.We analyze the significance of the canal construction from the aspects of perfecting the comprehensive transportation system of China,promoting the construction of Shanghai International Navigation Center,driving the development of central and northern Jiangsu Province,realizing the integrated transportation of river-sea and promoting sustainable socio-economic development of the basin,and discuss the feasibility of the canal construction and put forward the tentative plan.
