摘要
以控制与保护开关电器的辅助模块为例,利用模糊故障树方法进行了可靠性分析。简要介绍了该辅助模块的基本结构与功能,通过FMEA及FTA方法得到该模块的故障模式并完成故障树的建造,引入三角模糊数对故障树进行定量分析及重要度计算,结果证明模糊故障树方法相比传统故障树分析结果具有更高的参考及应用价值,且适用于该类低压电器的可靠性分析。
An fuzzy fault tree analysis for auxiliary modules of Control and Protective Switching device was proposed.The fault tree was established with FMEA and FTA approaches.Employed triangular fuzzy numbers to describe the fault probability of the basic events and finished the quantitative analysis and importance analysis of FTA.The result shows fuzzy-FTA is suitable for such low-voltage devices' reliability analysis.
