摘要
介绍了一种基于Lenze9300伺服变频器卷绕控制系统的实现方案。给出了卷绕控制系统的组成和工作原理以及Lenze9300伺服变频器数频网络原理,分析了牵引辊速度闭环控制和卷绕系统的实际应用。根据卷绕辊转矩控制模式信号流程图详尽地阐述了卷绕辊转速度控制模式和矩控制模式的实现。重点分析玻纤纸产品卷绕系统锥度张力控制的实现策略,伺服变频器的内部卷径的计算方法以及张力反馈信号的检测。实践证明:该系统运行可靠,产品卷绕效果好。
This paper introduces a kind of winder control system scheme based on Lenze 9300 servo inverters.and gives composition and working principle of winder control system and principle of Lenze 9300 servo inverters digital frequency networking,The main drive speed close-loop control and practical application of winder system is analyzed.It described speed control mode and torque control mode in detail,according to the winder signal flow chart for torque control mode.Fiber glass paper taper tension control and servo inverters internal diameter calculator and testing of tension feedback signal are analyzed in detail.
