参芪口服液薄层色谱鉴别研究

建立芪参口服液的质量标准,采用薄层色谱法对处方中的人参、黄芪、白术及甘草进行了定性鉴别。结果表明,薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于芪参口服液的定性鉴别。

To establish the quality specification of Qishen oral solution,thin layer chromatography was used to qualitative identification of ginseng,radix astragali,atractylodes macrocephala and sweet root in the prescription.The findings indicated that the developed TLC spots for identification were fairly clear without interference in the blank reference and specific to identify.Therefore,the method is convenient,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the qualitative identification and quality control of Qishen oral solution.
