摘要
用壳聚糖和硫酸锌合成了一系列不同配比的配合物。通过对这些配合物红外光谱的分析和比较,考察了主要吸收峰随不同配比的变化规律,归属了它们的主要红外吸收峰,研究还表明。
A series of chitosan Zn(Ⅱ) complexes were synthesized by reaction of chitosan and ZnSO 4 in different ratios(chitosan∶Zn(Ⅱ)=1∶0 05—1∶1) in dilute formic acid aqueous solution.The results showed that NH 2 , OH and NHCO of chitosan molecule were coordinated to Zn(Ⅱ) based on the analyse of the IR spectra of chitosan,chitosan H 2SO 4 and chitosan ZnSO 4.SO 2- 4 of chitosan ZnSO 4 may be crosslinking of chitosan molecule,but Cl -,CH 3COO - and NO - 3 were not crosslinked to chitosan molecule in the chitosan ZnCl 2,chitosan Zn(CH 3COO) 2 and chitosan Zn(NO 3) 2 complexes.
