摘要 Using n butyl nitrite as diazotiation reagent,4,4′-Dinitrodiazoaminobenzene(DNAAB) was synthesized.The colour reaction of DNAAB with Cd(Ⅱ) was studied.At pH 11.7,in the presence of Triton X-100,DNAAB with Cd(Ⅱ) forms a yellow complex(1∶3).The molar absorptivity is 2.52×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 adhering Beer’s law in the rang of 0-12μg/25mL.This method was used to determine trace Cd(Ⅱ) in human hair with satisfactory results.
