摘要
In NH 3 NH 4Cl buffer solution (pH=10) the reaction product of phosphomolybdate with 1,4-dithiothreitol(DTT) can be reduced with a sensitive adsorptive wave at the Ep of about.-1.10v(vs.SCE).The derivative peak height is proportional to the concentration of 1,4-dithiothreitol over the range of 5.0×10 -8 mol/L-1.0×10 -5 mol/L. the detection limit is 2.0×10 -8 mol/L and the behavior of the polarographic wave has also been studied.
