摘要眼眶骨折是常见的颅颌面损伤类型之一，可单独或与颅颌面其他骨折同时发生。眼眶骨折可分为单纯性骨折（pure orbital fracture）和非单纯性骨折（impure orbital fracture），前者是眶缘完整，仅眶壁发生骨折；后者为眶缘、眶壁联合骨折，多为颧骨复合体、鼻-眶-筛以及额骨骨折合并的眼眶骨折。
