摘要
第四麽纤（the fourth molar）是位于第三磨牙远中的额外牙齿，在现代人类中非常罕见、以往文献中偶见第四磨牙的报道，多为单侧牙列发生，同侧上、下颌或同颌左、右侧均有第四磨牙发乍行极为罕见。作者存临床工作中偶遇一例全口四个象限各有一颗第四磨牙仔在的情况，现报道如下。
