摘要
研究了Eu(Ⅲ)对Luminol-H_20_2-Cr(Ⅲ)体系化学发光的熄灭效应,在此基础上建立了铕的流动注射化学发光分析法.方法灵敏度高,线性范围宽,仪器设备简单,操作方便.
It is found that the presence of Eu ( I ) has a remarkable quenching effect on the chemilumi-nescence reaction system of lun\inol-H_2O_2-Cr(. I ). A FlA-chemiluminescence method for the determination of europium is established based on this phenomenon. A linear relationship for Eu( I ) in the concentration range of 1.0 ?10^(-7)~1.0?10^(-1)mol ?L^(-1) is found, with a relative coefficient of 0. 9983 and a detection limit of 2?0^(-1)mol ?
