摘要
血管内膜肉瘤是一种起自体循环和肺循环中大动脉的罕见恶性间叶肿瘤。在2002年世界卫生组织对软组织肿瘤的分类中，被归为不能确定分化的肿瘤，其中肺动脉内膜肉瘤的发病率是主动脉内膜肉瘤发病率的2倍。现将南京医科大学附属南京第一医院2010年8月经介入抽吸术确诊的肺动脉内膜肉瘤1例报道如下。
