祛斑养阴颗粒剂对系统性红斑狼疮的生存质量的影响

Observation of Qubanyangyin granules on quality of life in systemic lupus erythematosus patients

目的观察祛斑养阴颗粒剂对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者生存质量(QOL)的影响。方法将80例SLE患者随机分为2组。中西药组40例予祛斑养阴颗粒剂和西药常规方案治疗,西药组40例予西药常规方案治疗,在入组时即对患者进行健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)调查,治疗后观察病情改善状况、SF-36 QOL问卷调查和中医证候积分,对2组QOL方面及中医证候的改善情况进行分析。结果 2组治疗前经SF-36调查测定后,8个QOL维度的评分及综合评分经统计学检验,治疗前QOL评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。中西药组治疗后各维度QOL评分及综合评分均较本组治疗前上升(P<0.05);西药组治疗后各维度QOL评分及综合评分均较本组治疗前上升,其中躯体角色(RP)、精力(VT)、心理健康(MH 3)个维度QOL评分有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中西药组治疗后各维度QOL评分及综合评分高于西药组(P<0.05)。结论祛斑养阴颗粒剂结合西药能更有效的治疗SLE,改善患者症状,提高患者QOL。

Objective To observe changes in quality of life in systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE） patients treated with Qubanyangyin granules.Methods The outpatient and inpatient clinical diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus with a total of 80 patients were randomly divided into integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group（40 cases）,which was treated by Qubanyangyin granules and conventional western medicine,western medicine group（n=40）,which was treated by conventional western medicine.SF-36 of all cases was administered before incorporating group.After treatment for 3 months the improvement of the situation and its SF-36 questionnaires including patients on physical function,vitality,social function,etc.all in the quality of life and scoring points of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndromes were observed and compared.Results The dimensions of quality of life scores and total scores are rising after treatment in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group,the self-paired t test was significant（P0.05）.Quality of life dimension scores and total scores are rising in western medicine group,including the role-physical,vitality and mental health in three dimensions and total score paired t test by itself was significant（P0.05）.The dimensions of quality of life scores and total scores in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that in western medicine group after treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion The combination of Qubanyangyin granules and western medicine has more effective treatment on systemic lupus erythematosus,and can improve symptoms and quality of life of patients.
