本试验采用107硅橡胶对浸制标本进行封口，12个月的试验结果显示，该材料封口可以大大减缓标本防腐固定液的挥发。其中，75％酒精组的方瓶和圆瓶挥发降低了99．02％、97．01％；5％福尔马林液组的方瓶和圆瓶挥发降低了98．86％、96．34％。它具有经济实用、拆封方便、外观整洁、效果显著等优点。

The volatilization 75% alcohol kept in square bottles is reduced by 99. 03% compared with the unsealed, while in cylinder bottles is only 3. 0% of the volatilization in unsealed. The volatilization of 5 % formalin in square bottles is reduced by 98. 85%, and in cylinder bottles is decreased to 3. 7%. The seal is cost-saving, easy to unseal, neat-looking and quite effective.
