摘要
在分析NAND Flash基本原理基础上,设计了NAND Flash层次化的驱动程序.基于S3C2440和K9F1G08设计了2种NAND Flash烧录方案:通过Embest IDE开发环境以及仿真器实现映像文件的烧录,完成硬件平台的初始化;脱离Embest IDE,通过执行烧录程序直接烧录.以上2种方法可以烧录BootLoader和裸跑程序的映像文件,与传统的JTAG烧写方式相比,具有成本低、方便灵活、烧录速度快等特点.
A hierarchical driver program of NAND Flash was designed based on analysis principle of NAND Flash.Two burning programs based on S3C2440 and K9F1G08 chips were designed in the enviroment of Embest IDE and simulator.The first design was that image files were burned and hardware platform was initialized by the Embest IDE development environment and emulator.The second design was that breaking away from the Embest IDE and direct burning image by executing burning program.The above two methods may burn the image files of bootloader and streaking program.Compared with the traditional JTAG burning,it has the characteristics of low cost,more convenience and flexibility,quick speed and so on.
