摘要
设计了基于OMS的电力调度生产管理子系统,给出了该系统中省地一体化的检修和消除缺陷流程:地调接到检修和缺陷申请,审核上报省调,省地调批准后执行故障检修和消除缺陷.该设计实现了电网工作流程的电子化流转,有助于提高系统维护水平及故障处理的准确性和及时性.
Based on the OMS,an electric power dispatching production management subsystem is designed.In the proposed system,the system integration of the overhaul and eliminate land-saving defect process is developed.Its detail content is as followed:Firstly,local dispatch center receives inspection and audit report about defects application,after the provincial and local dispatch center authorize it,provincial adjusted,land-saving adjustable for approval before implementation breakdown maintenance and eliminating defects.Such system realizes that the grid work process of electronic circulation,improve the system efficiency,maintenance level and fault handling the accuracy and timeliness.
