摘要 Exercise is a healthy habit. When daytime comes, you must get up. This is the time for exercise. Walking, running, jogging and playing games are all healthy forms of exercise. Any exercise is worthwhile. Exercise is important not only for the health in your body, but also for the health in your mind. If you do morning exercise every day, you will feel very happy and think more clearly. It also helps you sleep well all night. Another benefit of exercise is that it increases the average life of a nation. If you continue to exercise late into adulthood, you will be healthy and strong and live longer. Exercise is a healthy habit. When daytime comes, you must get up. This is the time for exercise. Walking, running, jogging and playing games are all healthy forms of exercise.
