摘要
成都来福士广场工程外立面为清水混凝土饰面,结构构件截面尺寸大,设计要求不能设置穿墙螺栓。为此,在大截面无穿墙螺栓清水混凝土饰面施工过程中,对模板面板、背楞体系及模板连接体系进行优化选择,对清水混凝土饰面模板进行深化设计,在模板加工、安装及加固过程中提出注意事项及施工要求。
The external facade of Chengdu Raffles Plaza Engineering adopts plain concrete finishing. The structural component has large cross section and the design requires that through-wall screw rod shall not be used. Therefore, during the construction of plain concrete finishing with large cross section and without through-wall screw rod, the selections of formwork surface, back edge system and formwork connection system are optimized, the design of plain concrete finishing formwork is deepened, and key points and construction requirements are put forward during process, installation and reinforcement of formwork.
