摘要
针对影响缝制流水线效率的设备利用问题,研究了根据设备技术特点合理设置缝制工序、合理安排设备工作地,以尽可能提高设备利用率,从而提高缝制效率。从工程角度出发,以实际工业生产为研究对象,着重探讨了按产品工艺流程形式组织的缝制生产流水线中设备的利用率问题。并以女衬衫生产过程中缝制工序的安排为例,分析调研了企业设备利用存在的问题,就解决设备利用率低下、缝制效率不高的问题进行了理论分析和模拟实验。
Based on the technical characteristics, how to set a reasonable sewing procedure and how to arrange the equipment to work scientifically are studied to improve utilization of the equipment, and to enhance the efficiency of the sewing. From the aspect of engineering, the actual industrial production as the object of the study, the utilization ratio of sewing assembly line equipment was focused on in the form of product process procedure. Taking the example of the sewing procedure of shirt production, the existing problems of equipments were analyzed, and how to address the issues of low utilization ratio of equipment and low sewing efficiency were theoretically analyzed and done by simulation experiments.
