安勒克晶体纤维性能测试及纺纱工艺探讨

摘要 对安勒克高端耐火晶体纤维的物理性能进行了测试,主要包括:纤维的细度、长度及拉伸性能,为分析其可纺性提供了参考。通过试纺实验发现,该纤维强力小,脆性大,经梳理后易被拉断变短,大量纤维嵌入锡林针齿内,制成率低;安勒克晶体纤维与其他纤维混纺时,摩擦抱合力小,纺纱较困难,与阻燃粘胶纤维可实现混纺。 The physical properties of AnLeKe crystal fiber were tested, including fineness, length and the tensile property, providing references to the analysis of spinnability of AnLeKe crystal fiber. The results of spinning experiments showed that AnLeKe crystal fiber is easy to become shorter by carding, and a large number of fibers will be embedded inside the cylinder needle teeth. As a result, it just made a low rate of production. Otherwise, when blended with other fibers, the AnLeKe crystal fibers are hardly entangled with them. So the AnLeKe crystal fibers have poor spinning performance. But it can blend with Viscose fiber of flame retardant.
