摘要
用电弧熔炼法制备了Pr2-xCexFe17(x=0.0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8,1.0)系列合金,用X射线衍射和磁性测量研究了合金的结构和磁热效应.结果表明:Pr2-xCexFe17系列合金为Th2Zn17型菱形晶体结构,其主相是2∶17型(Pr,Ce2)Fe17相,此外含有少量1∶7型(Pr,Ce)Fe7第二相;随着Ce含量的增加,居里温度逐渐降低;外加磁场变化为1.5T时,最大等温磁熵变分别为2.0,2.4,2.3,2.4,2.3,2.3J/(kg.K),绝热温变分别为1.2,1.1,1.4,0.8,1.1,1.2K.
The structural and magnetocaloric properties of Pr2-xCexFe17(x = 0. 0,0. 2,0. 4,0. 6,0. 8, 1.0) were studied by using X-ray diffraction analysis and magnetic measurements. The results show that the alIoys crystallize in rhombohedral Th2Zn17-type structure, the main phase is 2 : 17-type (Pr, Ce) 2 Fe17 phase,in addition,a small amount of 1 : 7-type second phase was detected. The Curie temperature of the alloys decreases with increasing Ce content. The maximum values of magnetic entropy change are 2.0,2.4, 2.3,2.4,2.3,2. 3J/(kg · K) and 1.2,1.1,1.4,0.8,1.1,1.2K for a field change of 1. ST.
