摘要
为了研究内蒙古地区儿童和青少年的生长发育规律,对《2005年中国学生体质与健康调研报告》中有关内蒙古地区7~17岁学生身体质量指数(BMI)的资料进行整理和统计分析.结果显示:内蒙地区7~17岁学生的生长发育规律有明显的性别、民族和城乡差异;内蒙古地区汉族男生BMI发育与全国水平基本一致,城市蒙古族男生青春期BMI低于全国水平,乡村蒙古族男生BMI高于全国汉族男生水平;内蒙古地区城乡汉族女生和城市蒙古族女生儿童期BMI与全国汉族女生儿童期BMI水平持平,乡村蒙古族女生儿童期BMI高于全国水平;内蒙古地区城乡女生青春期BMI明显高于全国水平,但全区女生青春期前BMI水平低于男生,青春期后BMI达到或超过男生;内蒙古地区城市学生BMI均高于乡村学生,城市蒙汉男生间BMI没有明显差异,乡村蒙古族男生BMI高于乡村汉族男生,城乡蒙古族女生BMI均高于汉族女生.
This study analysis the BMI development of students in Inner Mongolia aged 7-17 from Report on the Physical Fitness and Health Surveillance of Chinese School Students. The results showed that BMI development of Inner Mongolia civic and country Han boys were accordance with that of nationwide boys, however the BMI development of civic Mongolian adolescent boys were lower than that of countryside boys,and that of countryside Mongolian boys were higher than that of nationwide boys. The BMI developments of Inner Mongolia civic and country Han girls and civic Mongolian girls in the childhood were accordance with that of nationwide Han girls,but that of country Mongolian girls were higher than that of nationwide girls. In the puberty girls,BMI in Inner Mongolia were higher than that of countryside. In Inner Mongolia, the BMI of girls were lower than that of boys in the childhood, however higher than that of boys in adolescence. The BMI of civic students were higher than that of country in Inner Mongolia. The BMI of Mongolian boys were higher than that of Han boys in country. The BMI of Mongolian girls were higher than that of Han girls in city and country. In a word, the BMI of boys in Inner Mongolia were accordance with that in nationwide,and the BMI of girls were different with that in countryside before the puberty. The BMI developments of students aged 7-17 in Inner Mongolia have clear difference in sex, nationality and region.
