高校毕业生就业难的原因是多方面的,毕业生自身的就业竞争力不足无疑是重要的原因之一。作为承担高等教育工作的高校,对缓解毕业生就业结构性矛盾、提升毕业生就业竞争力起着关键主导作用。高校必须顺应就业市场化的改革进程,在调整人才培养模式、提高教学质量的同时,抓好顶岗实习这一有效教学环节,并通过顶岗实习提高毕业生的专业技能和实践能力,进而提升其就业竞争能力。

There are many reasons for the difficulty of college graduates＇ employment,of which graduate＇s lacking of employability and competitiveness is undoubtedly an important reason.Higher education institutes play an important role in alleviating structural problems of employment and enhancing graduates＇ competitiveness.Colleges and universities must make full use of internship,which is an effective teaching process,complying with the employment market-oriented reform so as to enhance students＇ employability competitiveness at the same time of improving the quality of teaching.
