摘要
简述了一种敞开式无动力冷却器的设计思路,讨论了传热面积、传热系数、冷却水温度及流速对冷却效率和乳胶基质的影响因素。乳胶基质在冷却介质中停留6~10 s,可由95℃冷却至55℃以下,该冷却器占地面积在1.5 m2以内。
This paper introduced an open and unpowered cooler,and studied the influence of heat transfer areas,heat transmit coefficient,the temperature and flow of cooling water on the cooling efficiency and latex matrix.6~10s'stay in the cooling medium could cool the matrix from 95℃ to below 55℃.And this cooler covers only an area of 1.5 m2.
