无痛人工流产与药物流产的临床效果比较

Clinical comparison of anodynia abactio and drug miscarriage

目的探讨无痛人工流产与药物流产的临床效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析要求终止妊娠的80例孕妇的临床资料,依据流产方式分为无痛人工流产组和药物流产组。结果无痛人工流产组平均腹痛持续时间、出血量和出血天数均明显优于药物流产组,无痛人工流产组疼痛分级明显优于药物流产组,无痛人工流产组二次清宫率2.0%(1例)明显低于药物流产组13.3%(4例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无痛人工流产临床效果明显,安全,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study clinical comparison of anodynia abactio and drug miscarriage. Methods Retrospective analysed 80 cases clinical data of desire concluding pregnancy gravida in our hospital,they were divided into anodynia abactio group and drug miscarriage group. Results The miscarriage time,hemorrhage amount and hemorrhage day of anodynia abactio were better than drug miscarriage,the pain class of anodynia abactio were better than drug miscarriage,twice clear uterus rate of anodynia abactio group was 2%（1 case）was lower than drug miscarriage group who was 13.3%（4 cases）,the difference were statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The clinical results were obviously and safety,which were to be used.
