改良苦酒汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床研究

Report of the clinical effects by using improved Kujiu Decoction to cure against laryngeal cough

目的探讨改良苦酒汤治疗喉源性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法治疗组运用中药方改良苦酒汤治疗;对照组运用西医抗生素抗组胺药治疗。结果经统计学处理,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显优于对照组。结论改良苦酒汤治疗喉源性咳嗽具有较好疗效。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects by using improved Kujiu Decoction to cure against laryngeal cough. Methods The treatment group use Chinese herb medicines, the improved Kujiu Decoction treatment; the control group use western medicine, Antibiotic antihistamine treatment. Results According to the statistics adjustment, there’re significant differences between the efficiency of the two groups, which is that the treatment group is obviously superior to the control group. Conclusion Kujiu Decoction has good curative effects to treat laryngeal cough.
