摘要
目的探讨重型颅脑损伤患者鼻饲并发症的预防及护理措施。方法选择笔者所在医院2009年1月～2011年3月收治的重型颅脑损伤患者66例,对其护理干预措施进行分析总结。结果 66例患者经精心护理干预后,均未出现腹泻、呕吐、感染、便秘及误吸、脱管、导管阻塞等并发症,鼻饲时间15～88d,患者逐渐转醒且均存活,未出现重度消瘦和营养不良现象。结论护理干预可减少重型颅脑外伤患者鼻饲并发症的发生。
Objective To study the prevention and nursing measures of nasal feeding complications of patients with severe head injury. Methods We choosed 66 cases of severe head injury patients hospitalized from January 2009 to March 2011,the nursing intervention measures were analyzed and summarized. Results After careful nursing intervention,all 66 cases didn’t appear complications such as diarrhea, vomiting,infection,constipation and aspiration,taking off pipe,tube obstruction, the nasal feeding for 15-88 d, the patients had turned up, all lived, didn’t appear severe angular and malnutrition phenomenon. Conclusion Nursing intervention can reduce nasal feeding complications of the patients with severe head injury.
