摘要 开发了阳离子高聚物的无甲醛固色剂HP,探讨了二烯丙基胺用量、pH、催化剂及其用量、反应温度、反应时间、金属离子捕捉剂对终产物粘度的影响,确定了较优合成工艺:”(二烯丙基胺)=10%(对N,N-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵质量),同时加入金属离子捕捉剂c,调节pH=6,慢速滴加(1.5h滴完)过硫酸铵和焦亚硫酸钠的氧化还原催化剂·过硫酸铵用量为0.8%(对反应物总质量),焦亚硫酸钠用量为0.5%(对反应物总质量)],80℃反应3~4h,经过固色整理,发现其固色效果良好.另外,测试无甲醛固色剂HP对多种活性染料的固色效果,结果表明其性能较好. Formaldehyde-free fixing agent HP based on cationic high polymer was prepared. The effects of di-2-propenylamine dosage, pH, catalyst and dosage, temperature of reaction, time, metallic ion capture agent on the viscosity of end product were investigated. The optimum synthesis process conditions were determined: w(di-2-propenylamine)=10%(on the weight of N,N-dimethyl-di-2-propenyl aminium chloride), metallic ion cap- ture agent was introduced, and pH was 6, 0.8%(on the weight of total reactant) of ammonium persulfate and 0.5%(on the weight of total reactant) of sodium metabisulfite redox catalyst was slowly dropwised within 1.5 h, and reacted at 80℃ for 3-4 h. HP was applied in fixing finish and had good fixation effect. The fixing effects on sev- eral reactive dyes were also tested, and the experiment showed that it was a fixing agent with good performance.
