摘要
以偶氮型C.I.分散红73及蒽醌型C.I.分散蓝56为考察对象,通过对助剂增溶纯分散染料及非助剂增溶微胶囊分散染料染色分配系数(K)、标准亲和力(-Δμ°)、标准染色热(ΔH°)和标准染色熵(ΔS°)等热力学参数进行比较,研究微胶囊化对分散染料染色热力学的影响.结果表明:微胶囊化并未显著改变分散染料在染液中及纤维上的分配机理;助剂增溶纯分散染料及非助剂增溶微胶囊分散染料的K及-Δμ°值均随着染色温度的升高而增大;助剂增溶纯分散染料的ΔH°及ΔS°绝对值比非助剂增溶微胶囊分散染料大.
C.I. Disperse Red 73 and C.I. Disperse Blue 56 were selected to investigate microcapsule disperse dyeing thermodynamics based on presence and absence of auxiliary solubilization. Parameters of thermodynamics, such as partition coefficient (K), standard affinity (-△μ°), enthalpy change (△H°) and entropy change (△S°) were studied to find out the effects of microencapsulation on dyeing thermodynamics of disperse dyes. The results showed that the partition mechanisms of disperse dyes in the fibers and the solution were not changed significantly after the microencapsulation. While K and -△μ° of disperse dyes with auxiliary solubilization and microencapsulated disperse dyes without auxiliary solubilization were increased with the increasing of dyeing temperature. The absolute values of △H° and △S° of disperse dyes with auxiliary solubilization were higher than those of microencapsulated disperse dyes without auxiliary solubilization.
