中国环境治理的主要成效与思路研究

Study on the Main Effects and Ideas of Environmental Treatment in our Country

改革开放以来,中国环境治理理念日益明确,环境治理成效显著增强,环境治理法制不断完善,环境治理机构不断健全。但中国在环境治理能力、治理机制、治理法律、治理手段等方面仍然面临着挑战。需要借鉴国外经验,从环境立法执法、市场工具运用、发展绿色经济、提升治理科技水平和扩大公众参与等方面加强环境治理。

Since China＇s reform and opening up,ideas of environmental treatment have been increasingly clear,law systems of environmental treatment have been continuously enhanced,and institutions for environmental treatment have been constantly improved in China.However,China is still facing challenges in terms of environmental treatment capability,treatment mechanisms,treatment laws,treatment measures,etc.Foreign experience needs to be learned to intensify environmental treatment from the aspects of legislation and enforcement,use of market instruments,green economy development,treatment technology improvement and public participation expansion.
