摘要
为维持流域生态系统的稳定性,开发水电项目时需要考虑到下泄生态流量的问题。本文以三岩龙水电站为例,简述了引水式水电工程坝(堰)下生态流量的确定方法,提出了相应的工程措施,并对其下泄生态流量的效果进行了分析。
In order to maintain the stability of the watershed ecosystem,the development of hydropower projects should be consider the discharge ecological flow.This paper expounds the determination measure for the diversion type hydroelectrical engineering discharged ecological flow,taking Sanyanlong Hydropower station as an example.It put forward the corresponding engineering measures,and analyses the discharge ecological flow effects.
