摘要
含钒钛铁水具有物理热低、还原性气氛不足、流动性差、渣铁不易分离的特点,不利于应用KR脱硫。通过优化KR脱硫参数,有效控制了铁水回硫量,提高了脱硫率,降低了铁损,在完全满足提钒炼钢生产的同时有效降低了生产成本,取得了可观的经济效益。
Vanadium-Titanium bearing hot metal has the characteristics of low physical heat,lack of reduction Atmosphere,poor liquidity and difficult slag-iron Separation,and these features are not helpful for application of KR desulphurization.By optimizing the KR desulfurization parameters,phosphorus reversal of hot metal was controlled effectively,the rate of desulfurization was improved,and the iron loss was reduced.At the same time reduced the cost of production,and achieved considerable economic benefits.
