摘要
本文对攀钢钒炼铁厂喷煤直喷系统工艺作出了详细分析,阐述了该系统硬件结构、软件实现方式、参数的整定等自控策略,为喷煤速率稳定,提高喷煤量奠定了基础。
This paper detailed analyzes the coal powder direct injection system of Pansteel and vanadium co.ironmaking plant BF.It introduces hardware structure,software achievement way and determine parameter of the autocontrol system.With the help of the system,powder injection speed can be stabilized.Injection quantity can be raised.
