动态心电图在病态窦房结综合征诊断中的应用价值

Diagnosis value of dynamic state electrocardiogram in sick sinus syndrome

目的探讨动态心电图在病态窦房结综合征中的应用价值。方法选取2006年3月～2009年9月在笔者所在科室住院的60例SSS患者作为观察组进行24h动态心电图检查,并选50例健康体检者进行对比。结果观察组患者24h的总心率、最高心率、最低心率和平均心率明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者心率失常检出率明显高于对照组。结论心律失常主要以显著窦性心动过慢、偶发房性期前收缩、偶发室性期前收缩、窦性停搏等为主。动态心电图的诞生提高了心电图的临床检测价值,在诊断病态窦房结综合征的能力上比普通心电图提高10倍以上,故将它作为诊断SSS的首选方法。

Objective To study the value of Holter monitoring in sick sinus syndrome.Methods 60 SSS patients from March 2006 to September 2009 in my hospital were selected as the observation group had 24 h ambulatory ECG and selected 50 normal people as comparison group.Results The 24 h total heart rate,maximum heart rate,minimum heart rate and average heart rate in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was significant（P 〈 0.05）,the observation group were significantly higher detection rate of arrhythmia than the control group.Conclusion Significant sinus arrhythmia mainly of heart is too slow,occasional atrial premature contractions,occasional ventricular contractions,sinus arrest based.The birth of holter electrocardiogram improved detection of clinical value in the diagnosis of sick sinus syndrome than normal electrocardiogram on the ability to raise more than 10 times,so it is a diagnostic method of choice.
