动力髋螺钉与股骨近端防旋髓内钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效分析

Efficacy between DHS and PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture

目的比较DHS与PFNA治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用DHS与PFNA治疗的72例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的临床资料,比较疗效与并发症发生情况。结果随访6～12个月,两组患者均骨性愈合。PFNA组优良率为95.0%,显著高于DHS组优良率78.1%(P<0.05)。PFNA组各观察指标包括术后并发症等均优于DHS组(P<0.05)。结论 PFNA内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折效果满意,手术时间短、术中出血量少、并发症较少。

Objective To compare the efficacy about dynamic hip screw and proximal femoral nail antirotation treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture.Methods 72 cases of intertrochanteric femur fracture divided into DHS group and PFNA group,and then the effect and complications of two groups were compared.Results 72 cases were followed up for 6-12 months,all cases were healed fractures.PFNA group good rate of 95.0% higher than the DHS group good rate 78.1%（P 〈 0.05）.PFNA group observed indicators including complications both than DHS group（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric femur fracture have good efficacy,Shorter operative time,less blood loss,fewer complications.
