^(99m)Tc-MIBI-SPECT与^(18)F-FDG-PET对肺结节性病变的诊断比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨99mTc-MIBI-SPECT与18F-FDG-PET在肺结节性病变的诊断比较。方法 CT诊断为肺结节占位性病变的66例患者,利用GE公司的MilleniumVg设备,通过99mTc标记的MIBI作SPECT显像,2d后作18F-PET正电子成像,术后作病理切片定性与两种检查结果的比较。结果≤2cm的肺结节性病变患者中,PET的灵敏度和特异性较SPECT高,>2cm的肺结节性病变中SPECT显像和18F-PET正电子成像两者在准确性方面差异无统计学意义。结论对>2cm的肺结节性病变可优先考虑SPECT检查而不必作昂贵的PET检查。 Objective To study the comparison of 99m Tc-MIBI-SPECT and 18 F-FDG-PET in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.Methods We utilized a GE made SPECT(Millenium Vg),first make 99m Tc-MIBI SPECT imaging by 99m Tc,2 days later make PET image by 18 F.Comparision were made to 66 cases of nodules venereal change.Results We concluded that for object larger than 2 cm in diameter,in MIBI-SPECT and FDG-PET examinations.Conclusion We recommend that for object larger than 2 cm in diameter pulmonary nodules SPECT is the first choice.
