微孢子虫的发芽及对细胞的感染性 被引量:12

摘要 M32 (Thelohantia)、Nosemabombycis、M12 (Vairimorpha)和来自大菜粉蝶 (PierisbrassicaeLinnaeus)的微孢子 (PBL)经KOH或EDTA法诱导后 ,调查其在PBS、TEK或Grace培养液中的发芽率和对Bm、Antheraeaeucalypti细胞的侵染性。结果表明 ,同一种发芽方法 ,4种微孢子的发芽率存在明显差异 ;发芽培养液不仅影响发芽率 ,而且也影响微孢子原虫对细胞的感染性。 The germination rates of microsporidian spores in PBS,TEK buffer or Graces medium and their invading activities to Bm, Antheraea eucalypti cell line were investigated after the microsporidian spores M 32 ( Thelohantia ), Nosema bombycis, M 12 ( Vairimorpha ) and PBL from Pieris brassicae Linnaeus were treated with KOH or EDTA solution.The results indicated that the germination rates of four kinds of microsporidian spores treated with the same germination method were different and the germination mediums influenced,not only the germination rates but also the invading activities to cell line.
