摘要
目的分析根管治疗期间出现急性疼痛、肿胀等情况的原因。方法对320例临床患者417颗根管治疗的牙齿进行临床观察。结果 32颗牙(7.7%)发生了不同程度的根管治疗术后疼痛。结论根管治疗术后疼痛发生的因素有免疫反应、渗出压力等,确切原因尚待于进一步研究。
Objective To study the causes of pain during endodontic interappointment.Methods A total of 417 teeth from 320 patients who received root canal therapy was evaluated.Results The pain incidence of 32 teeth was 7.7%.Conclusion The results of this study showed post-operative endodontic interappointment pain was closely related to immunological reaction and the pressure of the exudates.The conclusive causation have yet to be confirmed.
